Proceedings of the Padang International Conference on Educational Management And Administration (PICEMA 2018)
The Educational Administration Department, Educational Faculty, Universitas Negeri Padang welcomes you to Padang International Conference on Educational Management and Administration (PICEMA 2018) which was held on 20 September 2018, in Faculty of Education of Universitas Negeri Padang, Padang, Indonesia. Under the theme “Educational Management base on Industrial Revolution 4.0”, this conference aimed at providing forum for academic practitioners, university lecturers and students, independent scholars and researchers to share and exchange the knowledge, practices, and research results on the areas related to the Educational Management. PICEMA also provides an interdisciplinary forum for educators and policy makers to present and discuss current innovations, developments, practical challenges, as well as potential solutions to issues in the fields of Educational Management.
This international conference covers multidiscipline discussions in the fields of education planning, leadership, instructional supervision, management of counseling, management of curriculum and development, management of elementary school, management of non-formal education, management of early childhood education, and administrative behavior based on Industrial Revolution 4.0. With this variety of discussion, this conference will provide opportunities to present ideas and raise the awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals, promoting research and action to build sustainable communities and interdisciplinary collaboration. We hope PICEMA 2018 will be beneficial for all of us.
