Abstract

SMEs are supporter most important from development economy a country, development such technology fast and globalization requires SMEs to join as well as follow development so that could survive. Optimization usage the capabilities they have very necessary so that SMEs can grow. Focus the main tray study this that is for knowing influence capability on the performance of SMEs in face competition Industry 4.0 that covers Information Communication Technology Capability, network Capability and capabilities Research SME innovation. It also analyzes the role of variable mediation in mediating variable independent other. Data were collected from 201 SMEs in Indonesia. Research results declare; 1) network capability and Innovation Capability take effect significant positive to SME performance; 2) Network Capability takes effect significant positive when mediating ICT Capability against SME performance; 3) Innovation Capability matters too significant positive when mediating ICT Capability and Network capability to SME performance 4. However, ICT capability is not taking effect significant positive on SME performance, so that could be concluded that ICT Capability can influence SME performance through variable mediation that is Innovation Capability and capability network.
