- Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Organizational Justice, Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Engagement to Employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior Regional Secretariat of West Sumatra Province. This study used 464 respondents as the sample. The data analysis technique of this study is path analysis. The results showed that Organizational Justice and Perceived Organizational Support influen the Employee of Engagement Regional Secretariat of West Sumatra Province.
