Abstract

This article describes a method for manually calibrating KINECT color and depth cameras using a semi-transparent checkerboard, and at the same time, the two images can be modeled by 3D projection. A detailed comparison of the resulting images and data is given for the specific experimental procedure and compared to the KINECT original factory calibration. Draws better results from our method
