Website: https://www.msieid.com/ Against the backdrop of digitalization and innovation-driven development, the 2025 7th Management Science Informatization and Economic Innovation Development Conference (MSIEID 2025) was held in Bengbu, China, from November 28 to 30, 2025. Hosted by Anhui University of Finance and Economics, co-organized by Shanghai University of Electric Power, and supported by numerous colleges and research institutions, this conference brought together experts and scholars in relevant fields to jointly explore the integrated trajectories of innovative practices and ecological development in management science in the era of digital informatization. Focusing on how informatization can empower management decisions and drive ecological transformation and upgrading, the discussions covered smart systems, data models, digital transformation, regional economic collaboration, enterprise behaviors, and strategic innovation. This conference was privileged to invite distinguished experts including Prof. Peter Shi (Macquarie University, Australia), Prof. Qunyang Du (Zhejiang University of Technology, China), Prof. Anna Min Du (Edinburgh Napier University, UK), and Dr. Xianyou Pan (Shanghai University of Electric Power, China) to deliver their keynote speeches. These speeches addressed the game of global critical minerals supply chains, environmental regulation and enterprise behaviors, biodiversity disclosure and green innovation, and corporate investment decisions, showcasing insightful academic dialogues that provide interdisciplinary and international insights. This volume of proceedings features high-quality papers selected through a rigorous peer review process. Spanning multiple dimensions from management science informatization to economic development, the research methods of these papers exemplify the integration of multiple paradigms, including quantitative analysis, case study, and model construction, and their topics are timely and reflect practical issues and complex challenges in contemporary management practices and economic development. Additionally, these studies highlight the integration of informatization and innovative development. Whether examining the digital transformation of traditional industries, the application of data-driven decision-making in business management, or exploring development themes such as financial innovation, green transition, and regional coordination, these works all embody distinct characteristics of interdisciplinarity and industry-academia-research integration. The content of this volume not only broadens the academic frontiers of related fields but also provides valuable implications for policy-making, corporate practice, and social governance. Amid the accelerating technological iteration and profound economic restructuring, management science must align more closely with the process of digitalization, while economic innovation demands more robust theoretical underpinnings and practical guidance. We anticipate that these achievements will stimulate further in-depth discussions and inspire new insights into theoretical construction and practical applications. We extend our gratitude to all contributing authors for their intellectual contributions, as well as to the conference organizing team for their dedicated efforts in the planning and execution of the conference. May this volume serve as a record of academic heritage and contribute to the sustained advancement of management science informatization and economic innovation. MSIEID 2025 Conference Committee
