Abstract

This article review the selection of service trade barriers, quantitative method, the estimation method and the economic impact modeling of the barriers eliminating. Exploring the barriers index construction, the influence of the economic growth of the benefits and costs,when eliminate service trade barriers. So, that it can provide policy direction to the government departments.
