Abstract

Impact of Private Equity Financing at Different Stages of the Short - video Industry’s Development: In the era of the booming digital economy, the short - video industry has emerged as a new force. As a crucial source of funds, private equity financing has a profound impact on the industry’s development. This study focuses on the impact of private equity financing at different stages of the short - video industry’s development. By sorting out the development context and current situation of the industry, elaborating on the theory and operation mode of private equity financing, it deeply analyzes its role in the germination, growth, and maturity stages, and presents the changing trends through specific data and visual charts. The research finds that private equity financing helps enterprises start, expand, and undergo diversified transformation at different stages, but it also faces problems such as short - term profit - seeking by investors and information asymmetry. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed for these problems, aiming to provide references for the healthy development of private equity financing in the short - video industry and promote the industry’s sustainable and innovative development with the support of capital.
