- Abstract
In the context of digital transformation for complex product manufacturing enterprises, this paper investigates the characteristics, challenges, and key issues of digital transformation. It explores four key areas: digital strategic planning, research and development(R&D) mode of model-based systems engineering(MBSE), digital systems engineering management, and digital infrastructure construction. Through empirical case studies, the paper demonstrates the effectiveness of digital transformation in improving development efficiency, streamlining manufacturing workflows, and enhancing support capabilities. The implementation of MBSE facilitates a paradigm shift toward a model-centric, simulation-validated, and integrated development-testing-production framework. Meanwhile, digital systems engineering management enables collaborative control and management of multiple elements in scientific research and production, and robust digital infrastructure provides the foundational support for enterprise-wide transformation. This paper also looks ahead to future development trends and proposes the need for sustained efforts in technological innovation, organizational change, and talent cultivation to achieve higher levels of digital collaboration and intelligent development.
