- Abstract
In the knowledge economy era, as a key asset of enterprises, the acquisition, dissemination, and innovation of organizational knowledge are closely linked to the company’s innovation performance and sustainable development. Knowledge sharing is influenced by various factors, including the organizational atmosphere, corporate culture, employee attitudes, and the degree of work embedding. This study examines the impact of work embedding on knowledge sharing, with work embedding as the independent variable and knowledge sharing as the dependent variable. The findings indicate that work embedding positively influences knowledge sharing behavior, significantly promoting it. By continuously enhancing employees' work embedding, aligning their values, career goals, and capabilities can foster a positive attitude towards knowledge sharing. A deeper connection with the enterprise plays a crucial role in shaping the subjective paradigms of knowledge sharing. The research conclusions offer valuable insights for companies in motivating employees to share knowledge and improving management effectiveness.
