Abstract

Song Ci is a kind of unique literary form in the history of Chinese culture, so it is difficult to translate it into English. This thesis applies House’s model of translation quality assessment to evaluate the English version of Chai Tou Feng by Lu You, which demonstrates its applicability and is helpful to future research of Tang poetry and Song Ci.
