This volume contains some selected papers from the 6th International Conference on Management, Education, Information and Control (MEICI 2016) which is to be held in Shenyang, China, during September 24-26, 2016 . The conference aims to provide a high-level international forum for engineers and scientists to present their new advances and research results. This conference received 836 papers and 256 papers will be accepted for publication.

This volume covered all aspects of Management, Education, Information and Control. All of the papers reviewed by more than three expert referees in their relevancy to the conference.

The editors hope that this volume will provide the reader a broad overview of the latest Management, Education, Information and Control processing, and that it will be a valuable reference source for further research.

The editors would like to express their sincere appreciations and thanks to all the members of the MEICI 2016 Conference Organizing Committees and the Technical Program Committees for their tremendous efforts.
