Abstract

With the lightest weight as the optimization goal is established the mathematical model for optimal design of planetary gear reducer, and put forward the solving method. When a given power P is constant, according to the input speed and other technical conditions and requirements, find out a set of economic and technical index of the optimal design parameters and to achieve the optimal design of gear reducer.
