Abstract

This paper analysed the current employment status and the reasons for college students, described the second class produced by the combination of theory knowledge and practice activities, which had the character with theoretical basis and operation efficiency. Finally some countermeasures, how to use the second class in order to enhance the operational capability of students hands-on experience and observation, analysis, problem-solving abilities, comprehensively improve the quality and the employability of college students were suggestied. From all above, college student employment rate will be markedly promoted more.
