Abstract

As the important teaching part in the college fine arts, basic education of Chinese painting not only let students equip with abundant professional theory knowledge and practical ability, but make students pay attention to the relationship with surrounding art categories. This paper made an attempt to discuss the current status and countermeasures of calligraphy teaching in the basic education of Chinese painting.
