Abstract

Based on the investigation of express terminal outlets in a certain area of Beijing, the article aims to improve the quality of express delivery services, and conducts research on the terminal distribution mode, which is the most direct way for express industry to contact users. Through the analysis of the distribution and application characteristics of each distribution mode, considering the opinions of users, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given to both the express delivery enterprises and the government in view of the current situation of terminal distribution. The article also provides reference for the innovation of express delivery mode.
