- Abstract
Data analysis of universities patent transfer can provide support for discipline construction and discipline evaluation, provide decision-making suggestions for the construction of double first-class and discipline evaluation, and provide reference for innovating patent transformation mode in universities. Research shows that patents of dominant disciplines are more easier to transfer, It’s a new mode of student trainning for university that students’ participation in patent creation and transfer, and licensing patents to students for innovation and entrepreneurship. There is a “golden three-year” time period for patent transfer, and patent portfolio transfer is becoming a typical transfer mode. Enhancing the contribution of patent transfer to discipline construction, highlighting the central position of student Trainning, guiding students to participate in scientific and technological innovation and transfer, constructing a data-driven accurate transfer mode of university patents, and standardize the data management of scientific and technological transfer in universities, establishing linkage mechanism for the cultivation and transformation of high-value patents, and shorten the patent transformation cycle in universities, which can improving the economic and social benefits of patent transformation.
