Abstract

Under the Lancang-Mekong river cooperation mechanism, the development of cross-border e-commerce in Yunnan has brought unprecedented opportunities. The development of cross-border e-commerce is also one of the most important forms of implementing the “One Belt And One Road” initiative. At present, there are many problems in the development of cross-border e-commerce between Yunnan and the five Lancang-Mekong countries. Combining the status quo of cross-border e-commerce development in Yunnan, The study believes that the establishment of a cross-border e-commerce customs clearance system in the region, the establishment of a cross-border e-commerce logistics system in the region, the construction of a cross-border e-commerce cooperation park in the region, the construction of a cross-border e-commerce talent training base in the region, and the strengthening of cross-border The promotion and promotion of e-commerce is a factor that promotes the innovative development of cross-border e-commerce in Yunnan.
