Abstract

Since the authority of China and India proposed the BCIM economic cooperation in 2013, the four countries have reached a consensus on construction of economic cooperation, and they conducted a series of discussions and research. As a sub-regional economic cooperation mechanism, BCIMEC is involved in four countries. In order to ensure successfully propelling multilateral cooperation, it is crucial to focus on the construction of cooperation mechanisms, for cooperation mechanism is the foundation and guarantee for smooth and sustainable propelling of BCIMEC.
