Abstract

Innovation is the key to maintain core competitiveness for enterprises. In addition, innovation can make non-core enterprise become core enterprise, so it is vital for non-core enterprises and core enterprises. With the development of economic globalization and the deepening of reverse innovation, it is necessary to summarize the influencing factors of reverse innovation of non-core enterprises. On the basis of expounding the concept and characteristics of reverse innovation, this paper summarizes the motivation factors and resistance factors which influence the reverse innovation of non - core enterprises, and prospect the future research which will help non-core enterprises improve core competitiveness through innovation and enter the mainstream market.
