Abstract

The study aims to provide an integrated model to explain the effect of gastronomy and destination attractiveness on tourist behavior. The survey was conducted in Yogyakarta with the target of domestic tourist respondents. Analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to test the hypothesis of the proposed model. The results of the study show that gastronomy attractiveness affects destination attractiveness and satisfaction. While destination attractiveness does not affect satisfaction and satisfaction affects behavior intention.
