Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify the Management Facilities and Infrastructure in SMP Negeri 5 North Indralaya to Improve Quality P Education. This study employs qualitative methods. The principal, vice principal, professors, and students were the study subjects. Interviews, observation, and documentation are used as data gathering tools. The information was analyzed using reduction, percentage, and conclusion. According to the findings of the data analysis, the Implementation of Facilities and Infrastructure Management in Improving the Quality of Education at SMP Negeri 5 Indralaya Utara includes Planning Advice and Infrastructure, Organizing Facilities and Infrastructure, Implementing the Management of Facilities and Infrastructure and Controlling Facility.
