Website: https://inc.zu.edu.jo/ The 2nd International Nursing Conference (INC 2023) was organized by The Faculty of Nursing at Zarqa University in partnership with the Jordanian Nursing Council (JNC), under the title “Nursing Profession in the Current Era”. This scientific event was held by Zarqa University, Jordan. Holding this conference is pivotal station for discussion and exchanging views and experiences on the contemporary issues related to different aspects of the nursing profession in light of themassive challenges facing health systems worldwide. Besides, the 2nd International Nursing Conference 2023 has provided an excellent opportunity to transform research outcomes into better practices to improve the quality of rendered care. Over two hundred distinguished researchers from twenty countries gathered for this conference and fifty-two well-qualified papers were presented. Four keynote speakers were invited to present their valued speeches about the modern healthcare challenges as well as nursing research in the Arab world. All articles in this proceedings volume (23 articles) have been presented at the Second International Nursing Conference on Faculty of Nursing from May 17–18, 2023, in Zarqa University, Zarqa City, Jordan. The success of the 2nd International Nursing Conference was due to the collective efforts of a large number of enthusiastic individuals, passionate keynote speakers, and esteemed participants and organizing committees. Grateful acknowledgments are also extended to the faculty members at the Faculty of Nursing for their devoted assistance.
