Abstract

Ecological Civilization reflects the harmony state between human progress and nature in human civilization, and the ecological civilization of city water is the "concentrated shining point" of ecological civilization, but also the focus and difficulty of ecological civilization construction. This paper analyzes the construction essentials, constructional connotation, evaluation index, calculation and assignment method of water ecological civilization in China, to explain the importance and urgency of the construction of water ecological civilization in China.
