Abstract

The opener is the important part of planter, which can affect the accuracy of planting, seed emergence rate and situation of seed after fell in the seedbed. This paper summaries the type of openers at home and abroad, and the characteristics of each kind of opener and suitable places are analyzed. Because of the inapposite ditch and seed level, and the seed will move by using the present opener during no-till planting, that can be also caused low seed emergence rate ,low planting efficiency and inconsistency distributed. In order to solve those problems, giant juncao opener including width and depth of the adjustment , fertilization function and profiling ability was designed.
