Abstract

This paper expounds the selection of hardware, parameter Settings and software design in the PLC control system of the tobacco blending control system. It introduces the equipments composition, the control process, the method of flow control and the PID regulation of the tobacco blending technology during the tobacco processing in cigarette factories.
