Abstract

College employment guidance education is an important part of the ideological and political education. The integration of Ideological and political education and employment guidance education has important significance, which is also conducive to promoting the development of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The social development is rapid, and the people's life style also changed, resulting in the college student's thought also with the new time development producing the big transformation. Thus, doing a good job on ideological and political education will be helpful for the integration of ideological and political education and employment guidance education. This paper respectively describes the ideological and political education and employment guidance education, and analyzes the analyzes the significance of integration, favorable conditions and relevant principle, so as to find the integration strategy of ideological and political education and employment guidance education in the new era.
