Abstract

Psychological capital is one of the key sources of sustainable competitive advantage. Through reviewing the literature, this paper summarizes and analyzes the concepts of psychological capital, the structure and measurement of psychological capital, the variables about psychological capital, the intervention of psychological capital and the prospect of future research.
