Abstract

The published of the principles of scientific management makes the human’s management according to science not to experience. For 100 years, the ideas of scientific management have been widespread and used in the world, giving a specified direction for the emergence and development of management theory. Its application, not only greatly improves the efficiency of the prevailing labor and management efficiency, but always affects the human management practices.
