Proceedings of the International Conference on Transformations and Innovations in Management (ICTIM 2017)
On behalf of the program committee, I would like to warmly welcome you to attend the 2017 International Conference on Transformations and Innovations in Management (ICTIM), September 9-10, 2017, in Shanghai China. The conference is jointly organized by SHU-UTS SILC Business School, Shanghai University, China and UTS Business School, University of Technology Sydney, Australia. The purpose of the conference is to provide a forum for presentation and discussion of the latest trends in transformations and innovations in management particularly in developing countries.
We received 121 papers and every paper was sent to at least two reviewers for a blind peer review process. After review authors were given a chance to modify their papers based on review results. Finally, we accepted 78 papers to be published in the conference proceedings.
The conference is financially supported by SHU-UTS SILC Business School of Shanghai University, the “Top International Academic Conference” project of Shanghai University, and the “Entrepreneurship and Small Venture Management” project of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.
SHU-UTS SILC Business School is one of the earliest Sino-Australian joint educational ventures. It has been devoting to cultivating international business professionals since its foundation in 1994, and has been a very good example of the friendly cooperation between China and Australia in education.
