Abstract

The balanced allocation of educational resources in the urban and rural areas has great affect on the balanced development of English education in these areas. With questionnaire and interview, the author learns and analyzes the gap and disequilibrium between the allocation of English educational resources in urban and rural areas. Then some related suggestions and strategies are put forward so as to promote the balanced development of English education in urban and rural areas and to realize the utmost goal of English education.
