Abstract

The communication between college counselors and students is the most direct and effective method for ideological and political education. The college counselors themselves should get well prepared for the communication, during which some rules and strategies should be followed. It is exactly the art and skills of conversation that assist college counselors in guiding students, realizing ideal education performance.
