To do so, the review process is conducted by the main editor peer review. Each paper is reviewed by two reviewers. The committee also applied plagiarism screening by using Turnitin software. The level of interest in the conference subject matter is maintained by organizing the conference in 4 parallel sessions, each on a specific theme, to provide each paper with sufficient time for presentation and to accommodate all of them within the overall time allocated.

Finally, we would like to express our gratitude to our fellow members of the local Committee from each member of the consortium for their work in securing a substantial input of papers and in encouraging participation from their areas. We are also indebted to those who served as chairmen as without their contribution, it is impossible to conduct the conference. We also acknowledge all participants for their contributions to the Conference program as well as their contributions to these Proceedings. We would also like to record our appreciation for the work of Bali State Polytechnic team in taking care of all the excellent logistical arrangements for the conference. Their efforts are marvelous. We are looking forward to the second ICSS which will be scheduled in 2019.
