Abstract

This research explains the role of parent and teacher in Islamic Education for early childhood, especially building strong positive character development. Thus, they can spread Islamic education values in the context of everyday life. Leadership is present in every family, school, and community to encourage creating an Islamic education environment and early childhood to be vital in implementing a more positive life. The direction and guidance of educator as leaders in each class is the responsibility of parents and their children. There are many forms of leadership, but not all of them effectively maximize the development of students. This qualitative research using analytical research methods is conducted by examining concepts, policies, current events, and data synthesis, then providing interpretations related to the discussion. Various opinions regarding concepts, data related to discussion topics, and existing events will be systematically processed so that this assessment activity can neatly review the Leadership of Parents and Teachers according to Islamic Teaching. It will be an effective way to maximize children’s development, remembering that parents, especially the father, ia the family leader. Moreover, a teacher is a figure who significantly affects the learning carried out in the classes for which he is responsible.
