Abstract

The methods of multiple regression analysis and simplified calculation were used to predict the benchmark of office building energy consumption, the features and the applicabilities of the two methods were discussed based on the comparation of predicted results, and the benchmark of office building energy consumption was determined by combing the two methods. The problems for setting up the benchmark of building energy consumption in China were pointed out, and several suggestions for improving the two methods were suggested.
