Abstract

Based on the study on the water environment management system and operation mechanism of Qinhuai river, for the water quality improvement and sustainable function to enhance the public management demand, the long-term plan to improve the water quality of the Qinhuai River is put forward, in which the evaluation system of water environmental protection performance is established to improve the management efficiency.
