- Abstract
Human Resources or Human Resources (SDI) is one of the most valuable assets in an organization or company. human resources can create efficiency, ekfektivitas, and productivity of the company. Therefore it is very important for an organization or company in maintaining existing human resources. This research will discuss about the work ethic of Islam in Bank Syariah Mandiri. Bank Syariah Mandiri grew as a bank capable of integrating its operational activities with spiritual values, and was awarded Service Quality Number 1 in syariah bank in succession until 2016 last year. This research aims to determine the influence of the Islamic Work Ethic Intrinsic Motivation and Job Satisfaction. The method used is the quantitative approach. This study uses a sample of 30 respondents. Characteristic employees use are bank employees Syariah Mandiri who regularly works at least 3 years. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling. As for the technique analysis use PLS (Partial Least Square). Based on the research results show that the work ethic of Islam significant influence on intrinsic motivation, work ethic Islam significant influence to job satisfaction and intrinsic motivation significant influence job satisfaction.
