Abstract

At present, the problem of international public governance is increasing. The "Central - periphery" structure formed by the international strategy of "unilateralism", headed by the United States superpower, is not conducive to the stable development of global governance. In 2017 China advocated "The Belt and Road construction, provides a new idea of" to jointly build and share "for global governance," to promote the policy of communication, strengthen infrastructure Unicom, trade flow, speed up promoting financing and increase the new mode of people connected, and realize the grand blueprint of "new human community of destiny". The goal is a new model for China to innovate global public governance and participate in international cooperation.
