Abstract

The human resources investment in China has entered the popular stage, and the characteristics of the quasi-public products of human resources determine the cost sharing as a necessity. Although human resource cost sharing policy is quite reasonable, there are drawbacks that will affect the achievement of equal opportunity goals to a certain extent. This paper first describes the theoretical basis of research, and then the cost sharing of human capital investment is analyzed. Finally, countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to promote the implementation of education.
