- Abstract
Since the Rural Revitalization Strategy was put forward, the development of agricultural economy has been highly valued by all sectors of society. As an important part of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, characteristic agriculture emphasizes the utilization of climate conditions and natural resources, forms a regional and professional characteristic agricultural layout, responds to the requirements of agricultural supply side structural reform, and promotes rural revitalization. Based on the perspective of empowerment, the research analyzes the empowerment of characteristic agricultural development and constructs the empowerment model of characteristic agriculture. Taking Huzhou, Zhejiang Province as an example, it makes an empirical study on the development of enabling characteristic agriculture. Practice has proved that it can form a characteristic agriculture with benign competition, financing support and core brand from the aspects of overall cognition, organizational empowerment, individual empowerment and customer empowerment, Promote the realization of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
