Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of non compliance with government policies on preventing covid-19 transmission through several activities such as social distancing, working and learning from home, reducing mobility, wearing masks and washing hands. Such disobedience results in continuing transmission in large numbers, making it difficult to stop the death due to covid-19. The basic concept used in explaining the phenomenon is the concept of power relations, knowledge construction and civil disobedience. This article is preliminary report based on global trend for Anti Covid-19 Protocol. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with documentary data. The results of this study contribute to the theory of social disobedience, especially in the realm of health. Included into the results of the research is the formulation of copyright for a conceptual model of social interventions for the handling of the covid19 outbreak and can also be used for other infectious diseases.
