The International Conference on Democracy Accountability and Governance (ICODAG) is a series of academic events simultaneously with the holding of the 2nd National Congress and the fourth international conference of Governmental science.

Government Studies Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences –Islamic University of Riau is the only accredited “A” Government study program outside of Java and one of eight accredited “A” studies in Indonesia believed to be the host of KAPSIPI National Congress and the 4th Government Science conference. Taking the theme Democracy, Accountability, and Governance, this program aims to contribute ideas, actions and networking from academics to solve problems related to sustainable development issues in Indonesia that have local and global impact.
