Proceedings of the International Conference on Business, Economic, Social Science and Humanities (ICOBEST 2018)
It is our great honor and delight to greet you all, and to particularly extend a warm welcome to the distinguished keynote speakers and all of our guests. Welcome to the International Conference on Business, Economic, Social Sciences and Humanities 2018 (ICOBEST 2018).
By raising the topic “Opportunities and Challenges in Fostering Quality in Human Resources in the Digital Era”, it is expected that ICOBEST 2018 can provide international platform for wide audience of academics, policy makers and practitioners to discuss interdisciplinary research and practices in the fields of Business, Economic, Social Sciences and Humanities. Additionally, the conference will expand your global network, facilitate mutual understanding concerning practical challenges encountered, provide solutions adopted and discover global partners for future collaboration.
The scope of the conference had made participants enthusiastically submit their full paper. There are 144 papers selected to be published in Atlantis Press Conference Series Proceedings. The review performed by the researchers and experts from both local and foreign universities, and conducted by single blind review system. Since the review process is a crucial part of the publication process, we has make a selection of incoming papers. Finally, 118 papers had been submitted to Atlantic Press after passing the review process and plagiarism checking.
The conference will be held in The Grand Tjokro Hotel, located in the center of Bandung city, which is famous for its excellent service, delicious food and beverages. The challenging part of the conference is always on the smoothness of the conference day. Thus, for all the best preparation of the conference and publication, we would like to express my sincere gratitude to the organizing committee for their strong commitment to the accomplishment of the conference. Our highest appreciation also rendered to all of reviewers, advisory board and scientific committee for making all the papers become international standardized.
