- Abstract
This paper mainly adopts regression analysis to study the moderating effects of employee satisfaction and team trust on the positive traits of leaders and firm performance. The results show that there is a positive correlation between leaders' positive traits and firm performance. Employee satisfaction and team trust play a positive moderating role between positive traits of leaders and corporate performance, and the higher the employee satisfaction and team trust, the stronger the positive effect of positive traits of leaders on corporate performance.
