- Abstract
This paper examines the impact of slack resources on innovation performance based on the multiple regression analysis using panel data via the STATA software. Besides, a moderated mediator model is discussed, resource commitment is taken as the mediator, and the network embeddedness as the moderating factors. With these methods, our research provides not only a theoretical basis for the entrepreneurial enterprises to improve the efficiency of resource allocation, but help achieve the sustainable innovative development.
