Abstract

Dynamic monitoring and risk assessment of liquid storage tank is an important technical part of enterprise safety guarantee. A general framework of safety monitoring system for tank area was brought up in this paper. It established a parameters monitoring and precaution system on the base of configuration software, including storage tank level, temperature, pressure, and concentration of combustible gas. By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the risk evaluation index system for tank was optimized by introducing the safety-related facilities and safety management elements. Regional risk assessment model was presented for the overall risk assessment of tank area.
