Abstract

The external clock synchronization method is difficult to implement, susceptible to interference and insecure for the marine fault recording device, so a synchronous method based on Lagrange once interpolation algorithm is proposed. MATLAB simulation and prototype test show that the synchronization accuracy can meet the T4 level specified in IEC61850 standard, and the error has no impact on the later fault analysis.
