- Abstract
“CKNI incident” has exposed the unavoidable problems of platform market positioning and intellectual property rights in the development of knowledge sharing platform. This issue is directly related to the rights and interests of authors, the dissemination and sharing of knowledge, and affects the process of scientific and technological progress and innovation in China. It is suggested to make use of the opportunity of this investigation to thoroughly clarify the main problems involved in CKNI and their deep-seated causes, and provide effective system solutions.
