Abstract

From the perspective of channel destructive behavior, we examine the impact of members’ conflicts, seller’s opportunism and unfair behaviors on channel cooperation, and analyze the moderating effect of channel members’ interdependence on the above-mentioned effects, and then analyze the impact of channel cooperation on boundary persons’ relationship with channel partners (Guanxi).
