- Abstract
with the development of the society, the strategies of the government to deal with the social protest events have been changing, and the internal logic of the changes. In the Internet era, social protest events have eliminated the government’s strategies to deal with the protests, such as “pulling out the nails”, “opening the way” and other traditional response actions can not play the previous role. The government began to reflect on its traditional coping strategies, formed a set of “rigid and soft” network governance model, and reconstructed the coping strategies after digestion. With the “civilized net action” of the movement type, the appearance of a large number of new media of government affairs, the help of network groups such as “people in truth” and “little pink” has regained the dominant position in the matter of resistance to some extent.
