Abstract

This paper proposes the design idea of talent training plan based on output orientation, combining the demands of the position of sergeant and the characteristics of professional training. And it expounds the design process of talent training program, taking as an example the major of “Fixed Communication Technology(Telecommunication Exchange)”.
